We will take different factors to calculate the most favorable price, and different circumstances will directly affect the difficulty of mold remediation, it might takes more time and labors, factors as below:

- Stain removal treatment might not remove all stains 100%, but there will be significant improvement
- Effectiveness of Moldstoppers can last for up to 2 years in 40% related humidity, the actual effect will be varied because of different factors ( related humidity / indoor airflow / objects)
- Booklice eat mold to survive, once the mold remediation is done, the number of them will be significantly reduced and slowed down the reproduction rate, but may not be 100% disappeared. The same example to cockroaches, cockroaches will not disappeared after the clean-up of food, a pest control need to be applied after the food removal. Also booklice can survive up to six months. Reducing the moisture of their hiding places will kill the majority of book lice.
- During mold remediation, oil paintings, sofas, bed frames and other furniture might need to be moved. Please let us know in advance if there is any inconvenience.
- Moldstoppers is a 100% biodegradable solution which is safe to human, plants, foods, dry walls, wall papers, but we are not responsible for any possible negative situation.
- Mold remediation will mainly focus on wall, the infected objects need to be cleaned by your side in order to prevent mold grow on them. ( washing clothes with 60 degrees Celsius hot water / wiping infected objects with disinfectant cleaner are recommended )
- We will maximize the area to apply the solution, but some of the hidden places like backside of closet, large furniture ( not easy to removed ) which is hard for the fogging penetrated, that area might not have the best results
- Although Moldstoppers is safe to human ( including newborns and the elderly) and warm-blooded animals, but is not recommended for drinking or eating it. Please cover or remove foods during treatment application.
